Troubleshooting
If one of the safety sensors is triggered and the unit will not move up or down, please try the following steps:
Please start with the first video, and if the issue persists, proceed to the second video.
If you have been instructed by a factory technician to replace the relays on the circuit board, please follow the technical procedure outlined below:
Replacement relays will be dispatched to you through our designated shipping carrier.
